You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

Parent-led, baby-responsive fourth trimester support — thoughtfully integrating feeding, sleep, and newborn care to nurture rest, confidence, and connection.

Holding Baby's Hand

The early weeks with a newborn can feel intense and overwhelming.
I support families through the fourth trimester with warm, evidence-informed, integrated guidance in lactation, newborn care, and gentle sleep shaping — helping you feel calm, confident, and steady in the first months of your baby’s life.

About Me and My Approach

Hi, I’m Aimee. I’m a certified lactation counsellor, newborn care specialist and sleep consultant, and a mother of four. I know how overwhelming those first weeks with a newborn can feel — the exhaustion, the constant questions, and the worry about doing things “right.” I provide calm, nurturing, parent-led support to help you understand your baby, feel reassured, and trust your instincts. My work is shaped by both professional experience and life as a parent. I support families with feeding, newborn care, and early sleep in a gentle, flexible way — without rigid rules or cry-based approaches. My focus is on helping parents feel calmer, more confident, and supported during the early months. If you’d like to learn more about my background, qualifications, and approach, you can read more here.
